Please find below the powerpoint you will need for Maths this week. This week is all about co-ordinates, translation and reflection. Please click on the links in the powerpoint to take you to ‘live’ lessons by ‘The National Academy’. These lessons contain a initial quiz, video explaining the learning, activity and end of lesson quiz. If you do have any issues with opening any of these links please contact your class teacher. You don’t need to print anything but please record your learning in your book. If you have any questions please email your teacher.
English Home Learning 11.05.20
Please find below the resources you will need for English this week. This also includes Guided Reading activities. This week is our final week on our ‘Debating’ topic. You can follow through the powerpoint each day. You don’t need to print any of the resources but please record your learning in your book. If you have any questions please email your teacher. We look forward to see your discussion texts….
Creative Curriculum and Science
This week’s Science learning should build upon your learning from last week about plants. We have another five videos that we would like you to watch. You can then decide how you would like to present your learning. This could be as a poster, a powerpoint, an information page….
The focus for this week in Creative Curriculum is Art. Your challenge is to draw a three-dimensional Anglo-Saxon house. Follow the powerpoint below (clicking on the links) to help you build up the skills to draw your house. We expect this piece of work to take a few days as you practice your skills before creating your final piece. When you have finished we would love to see your pictures.

VE Day

Dear Children and Parents,
While planning and organising lessons for this week we (the teachers) have got a bit carried away and planned five days worth of lessons – we forgot that on Friday it is a bank holiday to celebrate VE Day. Therefore we are advising that you do not have to complete the work set on Friday but may wish to mark VE Day in a different way. We would love to see photos from your day and how you marked this occasion. The image on the right may give you some ideas.
